Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. All orders should be posted 1-3 days after purchase (this may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas), excluding weekends. Delivery time is then a further 2-4 days for standard and 1-2 days for express from dispatch for UK orders. 

orders containing candles will be dispatched 2-3 weeks after purchase as most of our candles are made to order.

orders over £50 - Free

Standard tracked delivery 

orders under £50 - £4.50

orders over £50 (excluding chocolate/Ferrero bouquets) - Free

 

Express tracked delivery 

all orders - £6.00

 

Local Delivery

FREE on orders over £20

Local deliveries will be made within 5 days.
Deliveries are made between 2- 8pm, 7 days a week.
